Ingredients
No Bake Cookies - Delicious And Easy To Make Low Carb No Bake Cookies Great For Any Sweet Tooth.
Mix in saucepan:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup half and half cream
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Erythritol (sweetener)
3 TBS cocoa
Mix in bowl and have ready to add:
1/2 cup pecans (chopped, toasted)
1/2 cup almonds (toasted, sliced)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut (toasted)
1/4 cup Flax meal (ground flax seed)
Also have ready:
1/4 cup natural, no sugar added peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla (imitation..no added sugar)
Directions
Bring first mixture to boil and cook 1 minute, while stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla & peanut butter and stir until well mixed. Add bowl of ingredients and stir well. Drop onto Silpat mat (or waxed paper) and make 18 small cookies. These will harden as they cool.
Makes 18-20 Servings (1 Cookie Per Serving)
