Ingredients

1 (1.4 oz ) box chocolate fat-free, sugar-free instant pudding
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed


Directions

1. In a bowl beat together pudding mix, cinnamon and milk with whisk 2 minutes.
Stir in the thawed whipped topping. 

2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
